Prawns & razor clams on the Kamado Joe
In an effort to eat a little less meat, we've been cooking a fair bit of fish recently. Saturday evening's effort was mussels (not cooked on the BBQ) with Razor Clams & Prawns. The last two were marinated in a mix of lime juice, good olive oil, garlic, fresh coriander & some demonically hot little dried chillis (so we only used one in total & still got a good heat kick!). With some left over pizza dough we made a small foccacia.

Lol - and the mock Aussy accent did go through my head when I was cooking them
Despite their size, these are actually Dublin Bay Prawns / Langoustines. Just spent some time googling to find out the difference between these and prawns. Clear it isn't
But they did taste wonderfully sweet.
