dates for 2011

having just got back from the Jack, I'm now itching to get back into competition. I know Toby is really busy but does anybody else know the dates for next years comps. I'm thinking of helping putting a comp/BBQ festival on in Brighton but need to figure out suitable dates and want to get started asap. Any feedback/ ideas very welcome.

The dates are
28th & 29th May
30th & 31st July
27th, 28th & 29th August

Would be more than happy for you to take on the July Date.

Well, the dates are in the diary so let's see what happens this year.

Dates havent changed for 2 years, just added to them
