Wow! What a day! Fantastic place full of great people. The competition hasn't started yet but we already don't want the whole experience to end.
Everything going to plan so far. Cooker arrived. Supplies arrived. Late lunch at miss Mary bobo's (check them out on the net). Cooks meeting for international teams done. Met Tuffy Stone, and the Texas rib rangers (sounds like a band). Meal of fried catfish provided. Shared a tipple of apple pie moonshine (160% proof) with some new friends (who will remain nameless as this is a dry county!)
Managed to squeeze in more last minute shopping plus a few buffalo wings en route.
Big day tomorrow

Due to the lack of internet at the Competition site, we have set a Facebook page up that will receive text updates from the team direct.
