PitMasters Comp @ The Big Grill, Dublin 15th & 16th Aug 2015

Postby noworries » 02 Feb 2015, 15:02

Hey folks,

Delighted to finally announce the PitMasters competition taking place at this years Big Grill Festival in Dublin.
It's our first proper comp here in Ireland, so we're pretty excited to get it off the ground. The comp will run on over the last two days of the main festival, which is centered around food cooked with live fire and smoke, tonnes of Irish Craft beer, DJs, live Music, demos and lots more stuff to be announced in the coming weeks.

We'll be releasing some travel and accommodation info in the coming days, but some good deals on the ferry can be got early on.

We would love to see some of the teams from the UK come over and compete- the festival has a great party atmosphere so we can guarantee a good time. Dublin is always fun.

You can join here- http://www.biggrillfestival.com/competition.html

If you need any more info please feel free to ask here or email competitions@biggrilfestival.com

Cheers,

Andy

Any British teams heading over for this? Trying to work out about flights or ferry and getting equipment over etc?

Also if anyone is going have they found any cheap accommodation?

Thanks

Sorry for the delay, my mind has been elsewhere, teams from the Uk are being helped with accomodation which will save a few ££ also there are a few people talking about sharing a van to take equipment over. McSlims, Jedi Swine Tricks and Bunch of swines are heading over so far.

I can confirm this really was a great event that Toby and the team worked hard to make happen. We really enjoyed it and they provided a great set up for the teams with gazebos, lighting and power etc.

Hopefully going back in 2016 to support the team I helped in 2015. Smokin Yankees Belfast
