American Royal Invitational Brisket

For anyone that is interested, this is the British BBQ Society's 21st place (out of 138) Brisket at the American Royal Invitational, its dificult enough prepping and boxing without a camera on you for the whole thing!! Thanks to BBQTV for the footage.
