Don't you guys ever do anything in the Autumn & Winter months?

We have an event in September, http://ibqn.com/?page_id=245 down in Brighton at the fiery food festival, we will hold events wherever and whenever we are asked.

What about UK low-and-slow BBQ competitions. Is that what the May event is?

We will have to see what is eventually organised, there are various conversations on going at the moment about possibly including the low and slow at some of the events but certain costs need to be met, the same with May. i am just one person and the costs are high. I am working on the best return for partners at the moment which has to be the priority.

Any news on judging courses for the coming year?

Hi Keith, there will be one at some point, it all depends on the number of competitions. I wouldnt ask people to invest in being a judge if they arent going to be able to judge competitions.

i have just updated the dates above to add 2 Harry Soo 101 classes. Those that attended this year know how good they are. Just working out the costs and once that is published it will be on a first come first served basis, max class size 16.

Any plans for Harry to do another comp class?
