I'm just waiting for some charcoal to be delivered, I pickup my meat tomorrow. All that's left to sort out is beer, parsley and what I'm cooking for dessert.

Best of luck to all you blokes and bettys competing this weekend in MIM. I hope everyone has shaken off the cobwebs and scrapped the moss of their smokers. I look forward to reading about all your experiences.

Good luck again,
Benny

Most of my gear is packed, meat is sat in the BBQ fridge, beer is chilling in the kitchen fridge. Just got to pick up the van tomorrow and then it's off to Tongham.

My Christmas is here!!!!

Don't bother wrapping our pressies we'll eat them with our fingers (if there's any left after product testing of course ;) )

This is the comp' i've really been looking forward to over the winter, as although Holland was fun, this is where the real competition will be.

It'll be interesting to see how people have progressed over the winter compared to last year, and it'll great to meet up with everyone again.

Good luck to all of you,
