just ordered rubs and sauces for the comp and of course to bring home, 1 order alone was 60lbs!!! think i may need another suitcase!

Vegas is amazing.
Incredibly jealous. The first casino I ever went in was the hooters casino. Good times. They where selling all you can eat baby backs, needless to say I partook.

I'm not jealous of the GB flagged Thermapen, not at all, no way hose, why would I want 2 thermapens, I can only use 1 at a time!!!(the food taster's input) (It's not even LISTED on the website yet :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :lol: )

Preparations seem to be going well............ well its the most laid back I have ever been about a comp, looking forward to cooking and chillin. Just got to find my silicon brushes then everything is packed. RV booked, lots of shopping to do when we get there.

Steve and i will be posting updates on here and to the facebook pages throughout our trip.
