I guess we'll be there but I haven't figured out how we're gonna manage it yet .There's a helluva lot going on for us between now and then. Keep an eye open for a Jay Rayner review of BBQ Shack which could be in next weeks Observer.

That's great news on the business front John, but we wouldn't want you to miss the comp if you don't have to.

On the weekend I took my 42 tonne lorry down to Brighton, for a delivery to a major supermarket. Whilst I was there I took advantage of the BBQ Shack home delivery service. And I wasn't disappointed. The delivery was very prompt and polite, and the portions were very filling and plentiful. In fact, I had to take the rest back to the depot for the other drivers to taste. Even after a couple of hours the brisket and pulled pork was still moist.

Just a shame I didn't get more flyers as I had about 20 drivers asking for them.

John thanks for a great meal and it is no wonder you are doing well.

Ribs and thighs bought and paid for - Brisket and shoulder - ordered , tent pegs ordered (wont need yours this time Adie ), last min panick to get a propper air bed and just praying this shite weather effs the eff off - OMFG - not long to go now! ...........................practice run this weekend!!
