Turn up the heat

Never put ice-cold meat on the grill—it reduces your grill’s temperature and prevents those tasty juices from getting seared in. Meat should to be at room temperature espically if cooking a roast or whole bird. You will also find that the meat will also cook quicker.

Andy,

Where do you get your charcoal from this time of year?

Hey Al,

I got in touch with Rectella, the people behind Barbequick and they agreed to supply me out of season direct from their factory in Burnley.

My mum lives 1.7 miles from the warehouse.
