Anyone else have warm enough weather to have a BBQ whilst wearing shorts and flip flops today? We had a lovely early afternoon BBQ in Dorset today :o

Yup, same in Devon too, steak for dinner tonight. Just cooked in shorts and T shirt instead of normal jeans and a hoodie for this time of year, not sure I like it

No shorts but hot wings in a t-shirt and flip-slops in Berkshire (and jeans before some smart-arse tries to get clever :D :D :D )

First day off all week - for many reasons I hadn't had the pit on for 2 months! So I went crazy this week and did lamb shoulder, pig cheeks, ox cheeks, chicken and a pork steak over the week and now I am waiting on a wood delivery :D

Yeah I bbq'd on Saturday was lovely down here!

Did a hot smoked and reverse seared big rib eye. I then warmed up some Waitrose mini yorkshires on the pizza stone in the bbq and had yorkshire with steak and mustard sauce in. Defo doing that again!

Then some posh burgers with pork crackling crumbs on top for a bit of texture.
