Cracking Pizza Stone!

Somtimes it just has to be done, anyone fancy a ribeye?

I have two 5mm steel plates, one is cut to fit exactly in the oven and the other on my home made gas bottle BBQ.

Whack the oven up on full tilt and let the bad boy heat, then off you go and cook pizza.

Best thing is I got them cut free at a very good client of mine

They both work just awesome

A colleague of mine is an expert artesian bread maker - he swears by his 10mm thick stainless steel shelf in his oven to bake perfect bread.

When I was a baker the bottom of our 1930s oven was iron so I don't see it would be an issue.

Hi All
I use storage heater blocks cut to fit the grill of my 57 weber, and super heat them using my vortex.
This set up heats faster than you can make the pizza's!
