Duck breast dry brined,smoked and reversed seared. Served with grilled root veg and raspberry and chili chutney. Amarone wine to wash it down. All good ;) And hello from Sweden! First post (but not the last from a member of Swedish Barbecue ASociety ;)

Try using an online picture hosting service and posting the links, something like photobucket works well.

Interesting idea of dry brining, presumanly a similar technique to curing bacon but for a shorter time?
