Hello folks,

Im interested in buying one of these for doing a lot of grilling (burgers, thighs, corn, snags etc), to be used alongside a smoker for partys, weddings, events etc

There is a video on that page.

They are around £450-500 but look to be well constructed, there isnt much info on the web on them.

Has anyone every used one?

Or can anyone recommend anything better to use?

Thanks

Bryn

Hi Bryn, not had any experience with catering gear, but did remember seeing this on Nisbets, don't know how the cooking area compares though.

Cheers Keith, yeah I saw that one as well. its basically half the price ~£250 and the cooking areas are like this

Crown - 1524 x 610mm
Buffalo - 1050 x 350mm

So Crown wins the cooking area.

What I really like about the crown is having the 3 heights to cook at.

I was hoping to find someone who had used one, im a bit concerned how well these work in wind etc and actually how well they work in general.

Hey Hey another review to read....Not sure if it would fit in a standard "pitch" at a comp, but I think we know who'd be doing enough bacon in one hit to feed us all :D
