Lamb Kofta's

Posted: 07 Jul 2013, 18:14They turned out ok(ish), i forgot the cumin so the bite was missing. Still tasted good though and the Tzatziki hit the spot, so easy to make and goes with lamb. I'll do lamb shish next time.
