Burger Day tomorrow

Postby Steve » 16 Apr 2010, 17:16

So tomorrow I have the all-day task of building UDS number 2. The drum is burnt out so it's sanding time

The UDS won't be ready to cook on tomorrow and I've got a Weber Kettle I got from eBay to christen, so I think I'll prepare a batch of burgers.

I'm thinking about doing sun dried tomato and basil burgers stuffed with mozarella. If anyone else has any suggestions though, I'd love to hear them.

I did some sun dried tomato, basil and mozzarella burgers. To be honest though, I was pretty knackered after grinding the drum all day so they were just thrown on the Weber quickly.

Turned out pretty nice, but I was so hungry I'd probably have enjoyed a McD's
