Dry Spice Rub For A Nice Fat Rib Eye Steak

4 tbl. Sugar
4 tbl. Salt
1 tbl. Paprika
2 tbl. Dry mustard
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1 pch dried oregano
1 pch dried thyme

Mix ingredients and apply liberally to meat.

Grill that sucker up! Rare for me please!

Never a big fan of applying rubs to quality cuts of meat but will give this a go next time I chuck a bit of skirt steak on the BBQ and see how it turns out
