Last year I finally understood that bbq isn't the same as grilling. I tried a couple of longer cooks, finally understanding how to get my bbq to cook for hours on the charcoal I put in, as opposed to grilling like I used to, where the charcoal would've burned out in an hour.
So to ease me bank into the season and remember how to long cook I was looking for suggestions to do on my Weber kettle, that come in under 7 hours please.
