Love it - we were (or should I say Lee was) smoking ribs and chicken - sorry no pictures, camera battery was dead

Hire a stump grinder instead of digging the stumps out!

Oh, I also did some cold smoked garlic and gammon and some hot smoked chorizo, some kind of Polish pepperoni sticks, some brats and some chicken breasts...but couldn't be ar5ed to get my phone or camera out for these!

In the pipeline is to smoke some malt to turn into a Rauchbier....

Hehehe!

They're beef meatballs wrapped in a bit of bacon, dusted with seasoning then smoked and glazed with some sauce...or in other words...Moinks!
