Made Big Bobs white sauce and a BBQ sauce today from recipes I got off triple D, had to adjust them alot as the originals would cut the throat off ye . Big Bobs white sauce didn't end up white, but it's darn good though and I had to add beef granules to the BBQ sauce to calm it down a bit.
Looking forward to smoking these meats tomorrow, the ribs should take 4hrs, but how long should I expect the rolled pork shoulder to take so it becomes pulled pork? (its about 1.5-2kg in weight)
