Those Frecarn ones you get from Booker come in at £2.30 per KG. They're pretty reasonable but you do lose a bit in the trim as they tend to have an extra layer of meat on the top that needs trimming off.

Wouldn't use them for competition but I regularly use them when I have large crowds of hungry rib munchers to feed :D

That's a shame that extra bit of meat has to be trimmed off for comp.....its got good flavour.
