Would and did! Tried my first Fattie at the weekend there, simple affair to start of with just Haggis, Lorne sausage meat all wrapped in bacon, unfortunately it turned out so well that it was gone before i could take any pictures of it.

With the Franken Fatty done, we embarked on a couple of new ones over the Easter Holidays...............Chicken Tikka Fatty, pieces of chicken breast marinated in Tikka sauce then wrapped in sausage and bacon...........but my fav was the Fajhatty - a chicken Fajita, wrapped in sausage and bacon - both were WONDERFUL! :D

I'm thinking there should be an optional Fatty Category that runs alongside the Pitmasters.

No holds barred, but must resemble a fatty and not be vegetarian! Perhaps is judged by your peers. Sat Morning or Brunch time LOL

Yeah gets my vote too. Would be great at Saturday lunch to help get over the hangover. Judged by peers is also a great idea.
