Watch one of Nigella's cooking shows....the way that girl can say unctuous makes my tummy go funny :)

Apologies, a bit late with the follow up.

I defrosted, cubed, trayed, sauced, chucked back on the WSM for approx 2 hours at 225 (WSM was already running for some baby-backs).

They were indeed "unctuous". Our visitors kept nostalgically 'sigh-ing' afterwards which I believe is a good sign lol.
