Beech Chips

Postby LM600 » 19 Feb 2011, 12:28

I was in the pet store earlier today and saw a 15kg sack of beech chips for £18 (for pet bedding I presume)...not bad I thought so had a closer look, typically there was no English language 'instructions' on the pack so I, ahem, utilised my German language skills and managed to translate that these chips are natural beech, no dust and untreated.

So, looks like I'll be doing loads of beech smoked brats this year!

Those smoki-chips I sent you are beech. Beech it good for smoking. As long as you're happy with the source and you consider it to be good why not.

Mein deutche set niche so gut!
