Oak and Apple wood chunks?

Postby CamandEve'sdad » 07 Feb 2011, 20:02

Hello everyone , recently joined so sorry if this is a repetition but was wondering where you all buy your wood from? I live in Essex and would like Oak, Apple and Cherry. Was looking online but got a bit confused in the end, do garden centres do it? Thanks.

there are a couple of people on here who sell wood he is a link to one of them that i know a few people on here use.

I get my wood from http://www.bbqsmokingwood.co.uk

Paul is a great guy and provides a personal service you don't often get these days. He supplies boxes of chunks, blending his oak and cherry together makes for some great BBQ.
