Hi All,

Here are some of my past efforts....I thought I had some pics of the Eight Kilo Pork Shoulder once pulled but there are none on my phone...I was probably too busy shovelling still warm pork into my face!!!

Cheers McDodge!

I'll be a bit more responsible with my photo taking this year and load some more up!

The indoor Q is a unit that basically has a removable stainless tray that is filled with lava rocks, then an electric heating element is above the rocks (this is on a pivot so it can be raised to remove the lava rocks/tray for cleaning) then the cooking grate sits over the heating element.

It's made by Baumatic and it's not a bad little unit, it get's quite hot, chicken, burgers, kebabs, bacon and steaks are what it does best.

And if you have people over and you're kitchen is alight whilst you are swanning about (apparently) in control of the situation, cooking some good food whilst being charming and witty then it's all good!
(Yeah, that's never happened....it's usually mild panic and pathetic attempts to not burn my house down, trip over the dog or sever any fingers!   )

My wife thinks I'm crazy with all these food pics, keep at it though. They are nice for the record!

Yeah some good pics, I love the indoor Q.

I think it's a general "Missus" issue when it comes to photo's of food, I did a load today on the Sunday roast for my Beef Farmers Facebook page. The frowns are still heading this way from the boss

Keep em coming!
