Forgive me but why would you want to cover your potential customer in detritus? I have yet to be served a pp roll in an brioche bun that did not completely disintegrate en route to my pie hole and schlek coleslaw sauce and pp down my shirt.
Maybe, just maybe acceptable with a burger provided there is nothing with any moisture content like sauce, but not for pp. I was served a chilli dog recently in an brioche roll.....great sausage, splendid chilli, slow cooked onions and brown mustard.......I offered the waitress a £20 tip if she could lift it an take a bite, not even close, she offered me a knife and fork, but I don't want to eat a bloody hot dog with a knife and fork, same goes for a pulled port roll.
Brioche buns are a bloody abomination and should be outlawed at the earliest possible opportunity
I may start an organisation - Campaign for real baps
