One more point to kick in and this makes a substantial difference. Depending on where the recipe came from, and purely just to confuse things I'm sure, you have to keep in mind that a US gallon, quart or pint are different than the UK measurements

That's a very good point!

As it happens I'm using a UK calculator in Kg and litres.

Good to keep in mind though.[THUMBS UP SIGN]
