Hi Jim Happy New Year.
For Xmas we did the whole meal on the superior. 2 turkey crowns, a goose, a brisket, a turducken, roast potatoes and veg. Did a butt for new years eve for 14 people. My favourite thing I cooked over the Xmas period was my first ever ham - I think I will be making that a regular thing. How bout you - what did you cook?

I did 3 turkeys, 1 ham. one bird was for my boss and his son to try (they supplied) and one other bird for my book keeper (annual grease on the wheel) and the last one for me and so was the ham. Been to cold since to cook, so am taking some time off the smokers. Happy New Year to you and Lindsay as well.
