First smoke of 2015 on the UDS was 6 racks of pork ribs (£2.50 per rack!)
all liberally coated with memphis dust and chucked on the smoker for 4.5/5 hrs @ around 240f.
Didn't use the 3-2-1 method, no foil crutch, just sprayed every now and again with apple juice. I was part laziness and part experiment not to foil as my goal is to try and find the easiest possible way to cook things on the smoker with minimal effort and faff.
I now wish I had foiled...!
They were nice, but could have been much better. This round of ribs was actually nicest when reheated the day after!
