Ahhh, the memories, Bookers in Trowbridge always had pork shoulders between 5.5 - 7 kg, ALWAYS. Now I moved and I use Bookers in Gloucester and they only ever have up to 3kg ones... 3 kg???

I mean, what's the point ha haa, go big or go home Bookers....

Restuarant charcoal normally means there's no additives like accelerants on them and that its from un-treated wood.
Basically better quality wood. Or thats what I've always taken it to mean.

I use the bookers in trowbridge frequently, and the butchers counter is pretty awesome.

My new favourite is Wing Yip which is a Chinese cash and carry - branches in several major cities.

Fresh Beef ribs & brisket for £4 a kilo! They do frozen ribs too.

Yeah, Wing Yip s good, used to go when I lived in Manchester.

I dropped in at Wing Yip in Croydon when driving past a while ago and came out with two big mixing bowls which are awesome and cheap, when I went to Manchester recently to see friends I dropped in there but they only had the smaller ones :(

I'm dying to get another few
