My wifey has just bought me this smoker for christmas can't wait to use it ,has anyone got one and give me some tips please .I do lots of cold smoking of bacon cheese and salt .reading about it I think I would have to use my cold smoke generator .Hot smoking I do hams,short rib,ribs chicken well anything really
