British BBQ Society Forums

Evening folks... Any Northern Irish folk from the Belfast/North Down area know of any decent butchers who can supply decent BBQ cuts? I have a good local butcher but if there was one who was already "enlightened", I could get a pork butt and take it to my local to show them what I want. I'm not the best at explaining what I want so it might be easier to just show an example of what I want.
