Reverse flow smoker recommendations

Postby CharcoalCharlie » 13 Nov 2014, 20:38

Hi
Im looking to buy a reverse flow smoker for my proposed bbq business.
Would anyone be able to point me in the direction of a reputable supplier?
I already know about bbqmates.co.uk (anyone bought one?) just wondering if there are any others out there which have slipped under my radar!
Would love to buy a Lang smoker, but i feel import price would be through the roof!
Appreciate any help.
Thanks

For a professional set-up I'd recommend looking at these, still not in the UK but they are in mainland Europe and ship to the UK. Yoder Smokers are quality products and well worth the money for commercial use

I've got a Meadow Creek TS120 with the chicken cooker on the front, arriving at the end of January which i'm looking to sell.

I've put an image below, PM me if you're interested.

How big of a smoker do you think you will need? I am using a Yoder YS640 at my restaurant and it is holding up really well.
