Posted: 08 Oct 2014, 09:56I use three 75mm M10 bolts for each rack, the top rack comes out, then the second I just tilt and pull out, which means that it must be empty when doing it.

Posted: 11 Oct 2014, 18:59Almost complete. I cut up the grill on my old BBQ and used it for the sides of the charcoal basket.
Going to order a 42cm paella pan for the ash catcher, then it'll be ready.
