2am check in... Ticking over at 110c ish. Topped up some lump (just in case) and some water which was surprisingly still quite high in the pan... Back to bed now!

6am check... Yawn. Looks to be ticking along at 100c on the button... Given the sides a few taps with my hand to hopefully get some ash falling though the grate... Couple of chunks of fuel in. Still lots of water as far as I can make out...

The ribs look lush ! Any left ?! I cant get ribs like that where i live. Just Costco ones

I am about to stoke up my charcoal tandoor for some tandoori chicken and naan , plus an Indian spiced lamb leg on the Q.
With a couple of ales of course
