Just aheads up...
I went food shopping today at Sainsbury's and noticed they had semi decent joints of vac-packed British boneless pork shoulders.
Half-price at £3 per kilo so I picked one up (was 2kg).
It looks to (and should) be good enough for general backyard BBQ.

Morrisons are currently selling pork shoulder for £2.49 per kilo!! Bought a lot of it!
