It's not exotic, American or what you consider to be propper BBQ stock but, it has given me very good results in a pinch and beats the ass off sauces like the J.D.one.
HP original BBQ sauce.
Good texture, no prominant 'special secret' ingredient flavour and thus, a very good inoffensive all rounder. Mix in a little honey and 'et voila'! one pretty good BBQ glaze too.
