Small rib roast

Had a small rib roast knocking around in the freezer, decided to smoke it (never did one before)

Injected it with some home made beer, rubbed it with some Nomu beef rub, smoked it (50 mins per pound) on 225, smoked over oak.

I sprayed it a few times with beer.

I was ok with the results, a little too over done for me (therm gave up half way through, was looking for 140 internal), and it might have been sitting in the freezer too long,

Anyhow heres some pics
