hmmmm im wondering if you get freindly with your butcher you could ask them to come in and learn some stuff (at a cost obviously).

Bought a couple of fillet steaks from the said butcher, look and smell wonderfull, gonna cook them later, might be shifting my shopping to Hadleigh if it tastes good
