WIngs on the Rib-o-lator

i guys, i am from Seattle, WA. i do allot of BBQing and i do competitions as well, even won a few. i thought i would share a few pics of some wings i did on the rib-o-lator. 1st i marinated them in wishbone Italian dressing overnight then i coated them with Montreal steak seasoning. i was able to get 60 wings and drums on the rol, grill temp on my gasser was about 325 i cooked them for about 45min-1hr and they came out super juicy and crispy. when i got them to the table they disappeared faster than a trailer park in a hurricane.

i also have some pics on the kettle.
