Could some one please help with where I can buy above mentioned beef cuts. I do not like Super Market beef. I would like to buy a whole rack of Ribs. Am in Northampton.

have you not got a decent local butcher who would get them for you charlie? like you, i dont like supermarket meat and found out many years ago that a good local butcher is a must.

Try rob @ http://www.harrisonfarming.com/, he is about 20 mins from us @ northampton but has helped us no end and now understands most of the american cuts.

He also does a couple of local farmers markets where you can pre- order and the pick up.

Have a look at our facebook page and you will see the kind of ribs we got last time....
