I do remember reading that, if you use them when the meat is still full temperature, they can melt. Anyone had any experience of this?

Posted: 13 Nov 2012, 14:11I have a pair. Can't say I've seen any signs of melting. Also can't say that I find them any more effective that using a pair or forks.
