New for 2010 ... Apple and a little bit of Hickory - but hey let's use the English hardwoods before the imported woods :!:

I have replied direct to the good Dr S regarding the Walnut.. it's in odd shapes and sizes and not much of it so difficult to price.

I am going to revamp the whole Smoking Woods website with a lot of help and will be giving out freebies during the Tongham Championships for useful suggestions on sales prices for each wood and how many chunks to sell in each bag and bag sizes.

They are a bit simplistic at the moment a tenner for a bag of bits- no one knows how many chunks in a bag...including me

I'd just like to add my endorsement to this thread. These smoking woods are of the highest quality and I'm proud to use them at BBQ Shack. Thank you Paul. :D
