After four hours there was perfectly smoked chicken and ribs. Great level of bark on the ribs with juicy smoked pink flesh. Definitely more smokey flavour and seems a level above previous weber kettle cooks.

Like a nice bite. Bit of resistance and some chew. Feels more satisfying when tucking in.

Hi. It's day one of this new smoker. Seasoned and ready to go. Doing Asian style baby back racks and Mediterranean spatchcock chicken and some veggie kebabs.
Seasoning- few hours with weber briquettes and lump of Apple wood. Proq maintained steady 350f throughout.

Hi. Im also in glossop and have also today purchased the proq frontier elite. Made the same decision that the weber kettle isnt quite the right tool for the type of cooking i have been preferring.

Would this more suit a wet rub of say oil, garlic, rosemary, salt n pepper? Keep it simple with a BBQ sauce on the side? Plan to shred best I can for on sandwiches drizzled with the sauce.
