I want to build a brick bbq and seperate smoker.
Has anyone ever attempted this?
Can I use breeze blocks on the inside and line the outside with normal red brick?

Hello from Liverpool UK
I'm Chris and although I've been bbq'ing for a while this is the first time I've ever tried Low n Slow Smoking.
IT'S NOT GOING WELL SO FAR :evil:
Hopefully you people can help me out. My smoker was a gift and although it's not the one I would have bought, it's the only one I be got.
