Rotisserie chicken lid open ?

Hi chaps, I bought a "universal" rotisserie 'cause I couldn't afford the Weberversion, it fits well but the lid doesn't close, I'm guessing it needs to close to create an 'oven' like effect. It's a E210 I think if anyone has one. I'll probably give it a try anyway and I might need to bung it in the ...

I seem to remember a couple of occasions last year when I thought "I'm sure this ...

All purpose grill

Not sure if this is possible but I've had very little bbq experience and almost went off the idea after getting a cheapish b&q gas one that was very wobbly and rusted after one season - I also found it difficult to control the temperature and cooking was quite uneven. So I'm thinking of spending ...

Masonry bbq - what can I cook on it please ?

Hi chaps, you may not want to hear this but I don't really like smokey flavoured food, however a nice grilled lamb chop or a rotisserie chicken goes down well and the family enjoy the experience. I am therefore thinking about a masonry bbq but wondered what else I can cook on it, I guess a griddle ...
