There is a drop down which allows you to choose a two pack - 1 food 1 smoker probe. $20 and when I chose UK as the destination, there was no additional shipping charge.

Could you attach it to the screw in the centre of the Daisy wheel? That way you have full control of the airflow.

Yep - was the new place. Whilst they had charcoal grills (which looked excellent) in the basement kitchen, still didn't see or smell any evidence of smoking on site.

Yes, although on a Kamado Joe. Found it useful when first learning how to control temperature, but hardly use it now - only on over night cooks.
