Hi All,
Can anyone recommend who to use for insurance (theft etc) for commercial smoker Trailers and also for personal liability insurance as a mobile catering trader? Just finishing plans for starting our mobile business and ordering equipment.

Thanks mate, Hang Fire in Barry isn't too far from Cardiff, Its literally just opened within the last week, I'll give it a go next time, I ended up trying THE SMOKE HAUS in Cardiff, It was ok, bit pricey I thought, The typical mixed platter/mixed grill of chicken/ribs/brisket/pulled pork/hot links ...

They look pretty good to me, nice one, I've always used the 3-2-1 method for ribs and they're always tender and juicy to the point I can barely lift them without them falling apart. I've never taken their temp, I don't use my meat probes for ribs, too inaccurate when your near the bones, I just wait ...
