Best Bottled BBQ Sauce
what do people think is the best shop bought bottled BBQ sauce? I have tried both JD and Stubbs' sauces but am thinking of trying some others. I've heard Bone Suckin Sauce is good stuff as well

Squirts
anyone got any good ideas for squirts? Have a basic one that I got out of one of my dedicated BBQ books which is fine, but wondered if anyone else had any thoughts/suggestions?

hi Clair,
thanks for that. I forgot to mention that I was going to strain the finished liquid to remove any bits of garlic.

Re: does anyone have a good injector receipe for beef?
thanks for that. I have also heard that you can use the liquid/sauce that you've made to spray the meat with? I was also maybe thinking of putting a little garlic, butter and some beer together as an injector sauce with possibly a touch of liquid smoke in it as well. Any thoughts?

does anyone have a good injector receipe for beef?
I'm just about to enter the world on injecting meat. Got my nice big injector syringe but am having difficulty in finding any good injector sauce recipes. Does anyone have any suggestions? My first adventure will be with beef.
